- We try to keep your time of arrival in mind as much as possible. An early check in or a late check out might be possible.
- To secure the booking we require a down payment of 30% of the total cost, payable by bank transfer.
- We take cash payment up on arrival; total price plus damage deposit, minus the deposit of 30% you made by bank transfer.
- Damage deposit will be returned to you after no damage inspection.
- We can give you a discount for a long stay. Please consult us.

- The Eastern period and Christmas/ New Year\'s evening period we have a surcharge.
- No pets & no parties allowed.
